HER CHEE achieves high levels of quality not only through investments in modern plants and
technologically advanced equipment, but also through each individual’s commitment to
quality. In 1996, the ISO9000 quality control standard was established throughout the
production lines at HER CHEE. This dedication to quality control enables us to
continuously improve operations, standardizing our product lines.
Each motorbike is 100 % fully tested with real road conditions and through
multi-functional roller test benches to ensure the highest levels of power, torque, speed,
acceleration and braking.

Assurance
In order to meet our high standards of quality production,
we continuously hire highly qualified engineers and train employees to gain the latest
technological skills. Her Chee uses the computer numerical control (CNC) production line
to machine the engine body. The precision computer control system of the Vertical Machine
Center allows our engine cases to be produced with highly accurate dimensions. Moreover,
adherence to strict quality controls, production processes, and safety inspections of the
products allow us to meet our high standards of quality.
To increase our production capacity and improve our ability
to compete worldwide,
Her Chee uses the Manifold Machining Line, which manufactures and assembles the engine in
one efficient production line. The Manifold Machining Line uses a multiple axle drill and
CNC to produce the most accurate and uniform products. Newly developed or modified
products must be thoroughly tested with dynamometers ad put through periodical road tests
to ensure these new products will withstand "wear and tear."
We achieve final product quality control with a
three-dimensional quality control machine which checks and records the dimensions of each
product to ensure accuracy.
These high quality standards enable us to achieve customer satisfaction and
to maintain the successful reputation of our products. |
