we have new facility for aluminum alloy casting business, including motorcycle engine
case, auto parts, computer parts, electronics components, hardware, telecommunication,
home appliance, office product, aerospace, medical etc.
ALUMINUM MATERIAL
Our die casting material, ADC aluminum alloy, is JIS approved equivalent to USA A384.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Product range from 200g to 8kg(0.44-17.6 pounds), depends on the size of mould.
MOULD
•Our die casting moulds are supplied by professional and experienced mould maker with
CAD and CAM capability.
•The quality molds are made to produce precision die casting molds with a lifespan over
50,000 times and the simple-shaped ones even last over 100,000 times.
FOLLOW-UP
•Die casting processing service : bur-finishing, stamping, multi-point drilling, paint
spraying, chromate treatment, and surface shot blasting etc.
•Die casting machine: boring & tapping, MC milling processing, CNC lathe work.
